Remote Support Services
If a technical issue cannot be addressed because it falls outside the scope of the service requested, SolTech Services may provide a partial or full refund at its discretion.
Completed Services
Fees for completed technical support services are generally non-refundable once work has been performed.
Appointment Cancellations
Customers may cancel scheduled appointments before service begins. Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation.
In-Home Service Visits
Service call fees may apply for in-home appointments. Any applicable charges will be communicated before service is provided.
